Adult program drop-ins are back! Look for the drop-in symbol beside the program you’d like to drop in to. Drop-ins start at $15.

  • Please register for programs through our online portal as they fill up fast! If this is not possible, registration by phone through our welcome desk is possible. However, due to increased call volumes, online registration is the best way to secure your class spot.                PH: 250.220.2510
  • Participants are required to complete our updated waiver prior to participating in any program (click here for required waiver) and email it to programs@pise.ca

New Programs this Fall

Advanced Strength Training

Looking to increase your skills of strength training? This class is an advanced option for those who have taken Intro to Strength Training or have previous experience with Olympic lifting. Our coaches will dive into advanced lifts and exercise’s for those ready for a challenge! Open to anyone between the ages of 18+. Sign up.

Functional TRX

The TRX® Suspension Trainer is a workout system that uses body weight and gravity to allow you to perform hundreds of exercises. This interval style class will combine the use of the TRX® with other strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Whether training for elite performance or for general fitness, the TRX® Bootcamp class will help you increase your aerobic and anaerobic fitness while simultaneously developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
