Adult program drop-ins are back! Look for the drop-in symbol beside the program you’d like to drop in to. Drop-ins start at $15.

New Programs:

Intro to Strength Training

Learn the principles and essential movement patterns associated with developing strength, speed, and endurance. Intro to Strength Training was developed to help participants feel comfortable in a gym setting and having the confidence in your body to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle! More info here.

Accessible Fitness

The Accessible Gym Program allows a space for all individuals diagnosed with a disability or illness to access our Fitness Centre. At this time, the Fitness Centre will be closed to the general public and will solely be open to our program participants. Strength & Conditioning Coaches will be there to provide workout guidance, lift assistance, and expertise. More info here.
