- Please register for programs through our online portal as they fill up fast! If this is not possible, registration by phone through our welcome desk is possible. However, due to increased call volumes, online registration is the best way to secure your class spot. PH: 250.220.2510

New Programs this Winter
Participate in this new & fun upbeat class for a total body workout that incorporates strength and weight training principles for all. Join one of our Strength & Conditioning Coaches as they lead you through a workout that helps you feel more competent and confident in achieving your fitness goals. This class will show you how to use various strength and exercise equipment with correct technique, form and function so you get the most out of each session.
The TRX® Suspension Trainer is a workout system that uses body weight and gravity to allow you to perform hundreds of exercises. This interval style class will combine the use of the TRX® with other strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Whether training for elite performance or for general fitness, the TRX® Bootcamp class will help you increase your aerobic and anaerobic fitness while simultaneously developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
