Tailored to individuals who are looking for a dynamic and challenging workout that will improve strength, aerobic capacity and your body’s overall fitness, our bootcamps accommodate all levels, from fitness beginners to seasoned bootcampers.

Please note:

PISE will continue to offer Outdoor Adult Programming to ensure we can work within safe staff and client ratios. Strength and Conditioning Coaches will utilize all outdoor areas around PISE until Fall 2021, we will continue to ensure measures are in place for the safety of our clients and staff.

Masks are recommended in public spaces such as the fitness centre and in all commons public areas.

Make fitness and an active lifestyle a priority!  PISE’s Bootcamp classes are developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. PISE’s expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches will lead you through a progressive program to keep you challenged and motivated while teaching the correct techniques to keep you safe, healthy and confident. PISE’s Bootcamps will quickly turn into your fastest and favourite hour of the day!
