Quality physical activity

The experiences that you have in physical activity at a young age influence you throughout your life. Our camps expose children to a wide range of physical activities in a fun, welcoming, safe and inclusive environment. By doing this, children develop skills and competencies that are transferrable across all activities and contexts.

Experiencing quality physical activity is a key component of developing physical literacy.

We ensure all children experience a quality environment by adhering to principles of universal design. This enables us to proactively think of adaptations and modifications to all games and activities. These adaptations then allow our leaders to challenge each child individually while maintaining a group dynamic.

Above all else, the goal of our camps is to provide a safe and fun week for all children.

We also have camps for ages 2-5, 9-12 and 11-18 year olds.

Check back in early 2025 for our Summer Camp offerings!

If your child requires 1:1 Inclusion Support this summer, please register for an inclusion spot here and not our standard summer camps.
