Our skill development summer camps help kids learn transferable skills, like spatial awareness, agility, teamwork and leadership, across numerous sports. From budding athletes to aspiring pros, there’s a camp for everyone to explore new sports and expand their skills.

Coasters Cycling at PISE (7-8)
With a combination of games that develop cycling skills and all-round movement ability, our new cycling camps will build the confidence in your young rider to get out and about. By focusing on building foundational skills, understanding safety expectations while riding and the etiquette of being a cyclist, riders will come away with the knowledge needed to be able to cycle for years to come! Activities take place in the trails and outdoor spaces that surround PISE, blending time on the bike with other activities and games will ensure a great camp experience.
Please note that this camp is an introduction to bike skills and not suitable for advanced riders. Riders are expected to know how to balance and pedal on their own. Training wheels welcome.
Campers will need to bring a bike, helmet and lock to camp each day. If you do not have access to the following equipment please contact us to arrange alternative options.

Energetic Eagles at PISE (Ages 7-8)
The best way to develop skills is through play! Our Energetic Eagles camps provide campers an inclusive environment, where they will build confidence, and develop team work and cooperation skills through fun games and sports. With increased time spent outside this year, campers will use PISE’s track, field, nearby park and more! Youth Leadership at PISE (Ages 14-17)
In PISE’s Youth Leadership camp, teens will have an opportunity to learn leadership, communication, and role modelling skills. Youth will learn from NCCP master coach developer Chris Wright about fundamental movement skills, observation and analysis. Through practical experience, youth will gain knowledge about the principles of physical literacy, how to lead a group and encourage kids to be active for life! Each youth will participate in at least one week volunteer placement in one of our kids’ summer camps! They will learn firsthand what it’s like to be a summer camp leader at PISE.

Eli Pasquale Champions Academy Basketball (ages 9-13 & 14-16)
Get ready for the basketball season with our complete basketball training program! Receive specific instruction on improving footwork, shooting technique, ball handling, passing, rebounding and offensive and defensive individual and team concepts designed by Eli Pasquale (Two Time Olympian, Five Time National Champion).
Energetic Eagles at SMUS (Ages 7-8)
These Energetic Eagles camps are hosted at St. Michaels University School (SMUS) at 3400 Richmond Avenue.

Training Tigers at PISE (Ages 9-12)
Training Tigers camp welcomes kids of all skill levels; you don’t have to be a super-athlete to be a Training Tiger! With increased time spent outside this year, campers will use PISE’s track, field, nearby park and more! Tigers are introduced to strength exercises, exciting games, team activities and sports. These activities focus on building confidence, teamwork, endurance, strength and speed! Each week offers new leaders, new activities, and different opportunities! Active Girls! (Ages 11-14)
This program will focus on dynamic movement preparation, skill development and introductory strength and conditioning principles. Specifically designed with female cognitive and physical development characteristics in mind. Coached by female staff with a diverse background in sports and physical activity, this is a great program for all skill levels, abilities and experiences.
