PISE Performance Sundays are comprehensive multi-sport athlete Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions focused on the development of proper lifting techniques, effective foundational movement mechanics as well as specific weight room knowledge required to successfully navigate a performance based training environment with confidence and a reduced chance for injury.

• This is for athletes in the Learn to Train, Train to Train and Train to Compete stages of the Long Term Development (LTD). Ages 12-16.
• Athletes train individually in our physically distanced gym.
• Qualified PISE Strength and Conditioning coaches will provide initial programming and ongoing assistance.
