Combining advanced strength training, cardio, and functional movements, these sessions are designed to elevate your fitness to the next level. Whether you’re an intermediate athlete looking to push your limits or an advanced enthusiast seeking continuous improvement, Weekday Warrior provides the perfect blend of intensity and variety.

Under the leadership of Jen Klein, a certified PT and kettlebell coach, licensed skydiver, black belt kickboxer, lawyer, and currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling, you’ll experience a series of workouts designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall athleticism.
