Make fitness and an active lifestyle a priority!  PISE’s Bootcamp classes are developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. PISE’s expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches will lead you through a progressive program to keep you challenged and motivated while teaching the correct techniques to keep you safe, healthy and confident. PISE’s Bootcamps will quickly turn into your fastest and favourite hour of the day! Ages 16+
