Our skill development summer camps help kids learn transferable skills, like spatial awareness, agility, teamwork and leadership, across numerous sports. From budding athletes to aspiring pros, there’s a camp for everyone to explore new sports and expand their skills.

Training Tigers (ages 9-11)


This camp welcomes kids of all skill levels; you don’t have to be a super-athlete to be a Training Tiger! Tigers are introduced to strength exercises, exciting games, team activities and sports. These activities focus on building confidence, teamwork, endurance, strength and speed! Each week offers new leaders, new activities, and different guest instructors.


All Training Tiger camps are hosted at PISE (4371 Interurban Rd, Victoria).

Active Girls! (ages 11-14)


This program will focus on dynamic movement preparation, skill development and introductory strength and conditioning principles. Specifically designed with female cognitive and physical development characteristics in mind. Coached by female staff with a diverse background in sports and physical activity, this is a great program for all skill levels, abilities and experiences.


Active Girls camp will be held at PISE (4371 Interurban Rd, Victoria, BC).
