Give back to the community with our Uplift Charitable Workouts. Charity of Choice will be The United Way BC Wildfire Recovery Fund. PISE wants to do our part and give back to the community. Proceeds from Uplift go to helps us support BC residents as they recover emotionally and physically from the devastation of wildfires within our local communities. Funds go towards addressing important needs like food assistance, trauma, and mental health support.

UpLift is an Outdoor Workout using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, sleds, TRX, barbells and more to create a workout that is both effective and fun. While giving back to the community, you will move between a series of high intensity intervals followed by periods of rest and recovery. This cycle will be repeated for each exercise. High intensity interval training can be taken at your own pace. HIIT is a great way to improve your cardiovascular health, strength and endurance.
