Youth Performance Camp (12-15)
Are you looking for the expertise and facilities to help you take your game to the next level? PISE Strength and Conditioning Coaches will put you through your paces each morning, focusing on building strength, speed and conditioning. Participants will also work with a sport psychologist, a yoga instructor and a registered dietitian as we explore a holistic approach to sport, health and wellness. We’ll be sure to save time in the afternoon for some fun, too!
This camp is open to participants aged 12-15. Participants should motivated and prepared for a high intensity week of programming.

Youth Leadership at PISE (Ages 14-17)
In PISE’s Youth Leadership camp, teens will have an opportunity to learn leadership, communication, and role modelling skills. Youth will learn from NCCP master coach developer Chris Wright about fundamental movement skills, observation and analysis. Through practical experience, youth will gain knowledge about the principles of physical literacy, how to lead a group and encourage kids to be active for life! Each youth will participate in at least one week volunteer placement in one of our kids’ summer camps! They will learn firsthand what it’s like to be a summer camp leader at PISE.
Eli Pasquale Champions Academy Basketball (ages 9-13 & 14-16)
Get ready for the basketball season with our complete basketball training program! Receive specific instruction on improving footwork, shooting technique, ball handling, passing, rebounding and offensive and defensive individual and team concepts designed by Eli Pasquale (Two Time Olympian, Five Time National Champion).
Camosun Chargers Jr Girls Volleyball Camp (12-15)
PISE presents the 11th annual Camosun Chargers Junior Girl’s Volleyball Camp. Led by highly qualified coaches, this camp will consist of skill work, position specific training, physical training and game play. This camp is your chance to develop your volleyball skills in a fun and competitive environment.
Active Girls! (Ages 11-14)
This program will focus on dynamic movement preparation, skill development and introductory strength and conditioning principles. Specifically designed with female cognitive and physical development characteristics in mind. Coached by female staff with a diverse background in sports and physical activity, this is a great program for all skill levels, abilities and experiences. Health and safety are a priority at PISE and Covid-19 protocols in place can be found on Our Camps page.
All Active Girls camps are hosted at PISE (4371 Interurban Rd, Victoria).
Camosun Chargers High Performance Girls Volleyball (ages 16-18)
The Camosun Chargers High Performance Girls’ Volleyball Camp is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and prepare for the high school season. This camp is designed to improve the individual skills, team play, physical and mental preparation of the experienced volleyball athlete. Athletes will train under the direction of highly qualified coaches, in an up-tempo and accelerated learning environment. This camp is designed for athletes who have played at the club level; 2020 club season participation is required unless special permission is granted by the coaching staff. Special consideration will be given to athletes in Grade 10 who have participated in a high performance equivalent, but not limited to, Team BC.
