Youth Strength and Conditioning for Girls

Designed for girls aged 11 to 15 at any skill level. Youth Performance Camp (12-15)

Are you looking for the expertise and facilities to help you take your game to the next level? PISE Strength and Conditioning Coaches will put you through your paces each morning, focusing on building strength, speed and conditioning. Participants will also work with a sport psychologist, a yoga instructor and a registered dietitian as we explore a holistic approach to sport, health and wellness. We’ll be sure to save time in the afternoon for some fun, too!

This camp is open to participants aged 12-15. Participants should motivated and prepared for a high intensity week of programming.

Youth Performance Sundays

Weight training sessions focused on the “Learning to Train” and “Training to Train” stages of the LTAD model. Participants will learn proper lifting techniques, equipment operation, Functional/Foundational movement patterns, and general etiquette while in a Performance Training environment and under the watchful eye of a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach! Open to motivated participants aged 12-16.
