Designed for young athletes playing sports and youth looking to live a healthy, active life, our youth programs develop strength, mobility and conditioning critical to development and injury prevention.
ACL Injury Reduction Training for Girls
This is a 6-week introduction program for female youth athletes (12-18yrs) to learn about and participate in injury reduction training. Athletes will participate in a 1.25 hour long training session and will be sent home with a home program.
- Education will include: general knee anatomy, understanding the ACL and its function, ACL injury statistics and causes.
- Practical program will focus on proper warm-up techniques, strength training, jumping and landing mechanics, and running agility.

This program will focus on Dynamic Movement Preparation, Fundamental Movement Skill development and introductory Strength and Conditioning movements and principles. Designed for girls aged 11 to 15 at any skill level. Coached by PISE Strength and Conditioning Coaches, this is a great program for athletes looking to improve and for beginners looking to gain skills and fitness. Come train safely at our world class facilities!
