Youth Strength and Conditioning: Fitness Foundations

This program will focus on Dynamic Movement Preparation, Fundamental Movement Skill development and introductory Strength and Conditioning movements and principles aimed at increasing strength, speed and endurance. Designed for anyone aged 11 to 17 at any skill level. Coached by PISE Strength and Conditioning coaches, this is a great program for athletes looking to improve and for beginners looking to gain skills and fitness.
