Designed for young athletes competing in sport or enthusiastic about fitness, our youth camps  develop strength, mobility and conditioning – critical to performance and injury prevention.

Are you looking for the expertise and facilities to help you take your game to the next level? PISE Strength and Conditioning Coaches will put you through your paces each morning, focusing on building strength, speed and conditioning. Participants will also work with a sport psychologist, a yoga instructor and a registered dietitian as we explore a holistic approach to sport, health and wellness. We’ll be sure to save time in the afternoon for some fun, too!

This camp is open to participants aged 12-15. Participants should motivated and prepared for a high intensity week of programming.
